Scrappy square quilt I saw on Alycia quilts. Three different blocks Total of 99.
1. Plain white squares, and white was good choice, cut 4.5" make 20
2. four patch, all dark/medium, use 2.5 strips to make random blocks Make 49
3.and combo of white and dark with 4 HST's with the dark all to the inside and white showing all around. Kinda like a dark diamond inside the white. cut 2 7/8 make 30
4. Setting blocks, 22 dark 2 patch, 18 all white 2.5 X 4.5 patches, and 4 white 2.5 X 2.5

first border was one fabric, medium, then
second border appeared to be continual dark/medium 4 patches.

Basically there is a "white" block and a dark block alternating in the whole quilt. it is just that 1/2 the "white" blocks are the HST's.
Row one is 5 dark two patches and 4 all white 2X 4 patches alternating. there is 2X2 of a white block on each end!
Row two is 4 four patches and 5 diamond blocks alternating with 1/2 dark four patch on each end.
Row 3 is 5 four patches and 4 white full blocks alternating with 1/2 of a white block on each end
Row 4 repeat #2
continue alternating to end with a row 2 and then another row 1

Clear as Mud???

patches could be 4 " finished and use 2.5 strips to make 4 patches
